Treadmill Fail... Make That Plural

Those of you who have followed me for awhile know that I have no problems running on a treadmill.  As a matter of fact, last year I logged over 618 miles on one (a quarter of my total mileage).  However, there are people on this Earth who have a problem running on a treadmill, and I'm not just talking philosophically.  Some of them were captured on home video and uploaded to YouTube.  Enjoy!

Hope that brought a smile, or a laugh, or a chuckle (and not a flashback) to your day.  But by all means, if you have a Treadmill Fail, please share.

And that's why I was so scared of doing a stress test. I can run but the road never shoots me off the back. Treadmills are scary - and funny!

Flying off the treadmill is one of my biggest fears! All it takes is one split second where your feet get all jumbled and off you go.. luckily that hasn't happened yet!

Thanks for the comment about Stanford winning the NIT! That is funny that your team won it last year, haha I'm glad that they won it since they couldn't get into the NCAA tourney. Next year they should have a better team and be able to make it into the NCAA tourney. Bummer that Wichita State seemed to underachieve in the tourney though.

As for Hunger Games- if you like Braveheart and Gladiator and sports in general you will like Hunger Games a lot. While there is a love story element, it is fairly minor, the main focus is on the games, which is why I like it so much.

I try not to run on the treadmill...because I get bored to death (dreadmill) but if it's been raining for days I will suck it up and do it...thankfully it's not too often...the falls are hilarious!

I hate treadmill, but I am doing it because I know how good it is for fat loss. TV is the only thing that saves me from get bored to death while running. I was also suffering from the lack of endurance, but I've learned a lot of useful tips on how to enhance my strength at militarygradenutritionals.com/blog. Now I'm running on a treadmill not less than 20-30 min before my basic workout, watching TV and feel great!
